Job Description

I sometimes share my experience in capital markets with people. But, it often doesn't stick because not everyone knows what that entails. Nevertheless, I found joy in learning about real estate from the perspective of securing the money for a project. If capital markets mean something to you, then you're either a business major or a nerd. Personally, my experience was somewhat positive, allowing me to learn about a new market from actual deals. Hello, My name is Connor Bobis and I am from Ventura, CA. I came from a small California beach town but I am headed to a large urban area like San Francisco even though I have never been to the bay before. My plan to get there is to work in a few banking and finance-related jobs in order to get the valuation experience I need to end up on the venture capital side later in my career. I am like my parents in the sense that I have a strong work ethic and the resilience needed to thrive despite the environment. With this being said, I am unlike my parents with my unmatched curiosity about how the world has come to be and question why we accept the things that we accept to be true.
